Your details, kept simple.

Coner Creatives is a photo and film studio based in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This page explains what we collect when you visit conercreatives.com or contact us, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• What you send through the request form: your name, email, phone number (and whether it has WhatsApp), how and in which language you prefer to be contacted, your property's name, type, town and country, the service and budget you pick, your listing link and your message.
• Where you came from: if you arrived through one of our links (for example from an email), a short tag such as email is saved with your request so we know which channel works.
• A spam check: to stop automated messages we keep a scrambled code made from your internet address and the date. It cannot be turned back into your address and is only used to limit how many requests one connection can send in an hour.
• The photos you send us by WhatsApp or email, so we can do the work you asked for.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare your free preview or quote, and deliver your photos and films.
• To send you messages about your own request. We don't add you to a newsletter.
• We never sell your details or share them with advertisers.

Your photos and your property

Your photos and the files we make from them are used only for your project. We show client work publicly, on our website or Instagram, only with the owner's written permission. Founding clients agree to this in writing before we start.

Where it is kept

The website runs on Cloudflare. Requests from the form are stored in our Cloudflare database and a copy is emailed to coner@conercreatives.com. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Instagram, those apps' own privacy policies also apply to that conversation.

Cookies and analytics

We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or follow you across other sites. The page keeps a few small notes in your browser's session storage (which link brought you here and which notices you've already seen); they disappear when you close the tab.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as we need them to reply, deliver your work and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your choices

Email coner@conercreatives.com to see what we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll answer within a few days.

Children

This site is meant for property owners and managers, not for children under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle your details, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
